As of April 1, 2013, project management and asset management services for Mitchell Properties' ventures are now provided on a contract basis to Mitchell Properties by Traggorth Companies, headed by Dave Traggorth, former Director of Development at Mitchell Properties. Dave continues to supervise all project management work on Mitchell Properties projects, as he did prior to April 1, 2013 at MP. Dan Hubbard of Traggorth Companies, formerly Director of Asset Management at Mitchell Properties, supervises all asset management work on MP projects. Mika Fontaine and Carol Burt of Traggorth Companies manage all the financial books and accounts for Mitchell Properties transactions.
This past Thursday, The Standard Box Apartments in Chelsea was awarded DHCD housing subsidy and low-income housing tax credits which will allow the project to rapidly proceed forward and essentially complete the Box District with 96 units of housing, 21 of which will be affordable to families at or below 60% AMI.
